Disclosure Documents

The US securities laws require investment advisory firms to make certain disclosures before they can provide services to clients. The Form ADV is the required form filed with the securities regulators. Part one presents the basic information regarding the business, its ownership, and employees. Part two is the firm's brochure to be presented to all clients before they can be accepted. It provides information on our investment philosophy, methods of analysis, fee structure, the services we provide to clients, and information about our employees.
